We currently provide delivery services to the following areas:

  • Local Deliveries: Nowshera city and surrounding areas.
     
  • Regional Deliveries: Across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
     
  • Nationwide Deliveries: Major cities across Pakistan through third-party delivery partners.
     

Note: Availability of nationwide delivery depends on the type and size of the product.

2. Delivery Timelines

The delivery timeline depends on the type of order:

3. Delivery Charges

  • Within Nowshera city: Free delivery for orders above PKR 50,000, otherwise a standard delivery fee applies.
     
  • Within KPK: Charges are calculated based on distance and product size.
     
  • Outside KPK: Delivery is managed through third-party logistics providers, and charges vary by city.
     

Delivery fees will be communicated to you before order confirmation.

4. Shipping Process

  1. Order Confirmation:
          Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation call or message.
     
  2. Packing & Preparation:
          Products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.
     
  3. Dispatch:
          Orders are dispatched through our delivery team or trusted logistics partners.
     
  4. Delivery Notification:
          You will be informed once your order is dispatched and provided with tracking information (where available).
     

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly encourage customers to inspect their order upon delivery.

  • If you notice any damage, defect, or incorrect item, please report it immediately to the delivery personnel and contact us within 24 hours.
     
  • Once the delivery is signed off, the item will be considered accepted in good condition.
     

6. Delays

We work hard to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to:

  • Bad weather or natural events.
     
  • Road closures or transportation strikes.
     
  • Supplier or production delays for custom orders.
     
  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
     

We will notify you promptly in case of any expected delay.
