1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery or purchase.
     
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
     

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products and services are non-refundable, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized sofas made to your specifications.
     
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale.
     
  • Sofa repair or upholstery services already completed.
     
  • Any product damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage after delivery.
     

3. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  2. Provide clear photos of the defect or issue, along with your receipt.
     
  3. Once approved, you can either:
     
  • Return the item to our store, or
     
  • Request pickup service (charges may apply depending on your location).
     
  1. Refunds will be processed through:
     
  • Cash (for in-store purchases).
     
  • Bank transfer or mobile wallet transfer for online/remote payments.
     

Processing time: 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Exchange Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request an exchange for:

  • A similar sofa or accessory of equal value.
     
  • An upgrade by paying the price difference.
     

Exchanges are only allowed if the request is made within 3 days of delivery and the product is in its original condition.

5. Custom Orders Policy

For custom sofas or made-to-order products:

  • A 50% advance payment is required to start production.
     
  • Once production begins, advance payments are non-refundable.
     
  • Refunds are only possible if there is a manufacturing defect caused by us.
     

6. Delivery & Return Shipping

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
     
  • For returns due to defects or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
     
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping or transport fees.
     

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
     
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to approval and may incur a fee, especially for custom orders.
